What if I Don’t Have Time to Get Healthy?

This might ruffle a few feathers but I’m going to say it anyway…the biggest excuse I hear from women when it comes to creating healthy habits is that they don’t have time.

Here’s an interesting fact:
An article by Rachel Moss, Life Editor at HuffPost UK, revealed that “We now spend more time watching other people cook than doing it ourselves.”

The same goes for fitness and sports.

We spend more hours watching our favorite sports teams than we do in the gym, on our yoga mats, or daily walks.

Somehow the fancy kitchen gadgets that were going to motivate you to make healthier meals are tucked so far back in the cupboard that you’ve forgotten about them.

The tennis racket is collecting dust in the mudroom, the standup paddle board is taking up precious space in the garage and your gorgeous new periwinkle walking shoes are still in the box they came in.
And more than that, think of the time wasted mindlessly scrolling the internet, Facebook, or other social media!

Countless women vow to start eating healthy and exercising “once school starts” and “after the New Year” but their plans are short-lived.

The reason? They say they don’t have time

I get that you’re busy.

The average woman juggles work, family, aging parents, pets…not to mention trying to keep up with house cleaning and laundry.

Putting healthy food on the table and exercising often take a back seat. But at what price?
We need energy to do all that…and two things that give you energy for a busy lifestyle are healthy food and regular exercise.

And more than that…good food and a decent fitness routine will help to:

  • Relieve your stress
  • Reduce your weight
  • Improve your concentration
  • Enhance your mood

Simply put, eating well and exercising will improve your life in so many ways.

I know that as a mom, wife, daughter, friend and employee, you strive to be your best for everyone else. They deserve your best. And it all starts with taking care of yourself.

If you continue down this path, statistically, you’ll stay stuck where you are: gaining weight, lacking energy and facing declining health as the years pass. And the real tragedy of this is that I know this is not what you want for yourself.

The truth is that I have helped many of my clients find HOURS each week to focus on themselves and their health goals.

It’s all about priorities.

With my help, you could be eating healthy and getting closer to your ideal weight each week.
